Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. However, we understand that issues can occur, and refunds or exchanges may be approved at our discretion.
If you’d like to request a refund or exchange, please submit a claim to Contact@lrdhvemrcy.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Reports submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement and will be considered the responsibility of the customer.
